Questions parents often ask.
General
What is the admission age for Playgroup?
Children aged 2.5 to 3.5 years can join Playgroup. We check readiness through a short, friendly interaction. There are no formal tests at this stage.
What documents do I need for admission?
Your child's birth certificate (Form-B / NADRA), immunisation record, 4 passport-size photos and a copy of the parent or guardian's CNIC. The Preparatory Centre may ask for a few more.
What is the teacher-to-child ratio?
1:8 in Playgroup and Toddlers, and 1:12 in Reception and Kindergarten, so every child gets personal attention.
Can I visit before enrolling?
Of course. Book a campus tour on WhatsApp, call 0300-8503323, or use the enquiry form above. Tours run Monday to Saturday by appointment.
What happens at Summer Camp?
Summer Camp is for ages 3 to 10: crafts, storytelling, water play, pottery, cooking, gardening, movie time, circle time and an Islamic Day every Friday. Winter Camp follows in December and January with indoor crafts, drama and science and cooking experiments.

What does inclusive education mean at MindCraft?
Children of every ability learn side by side in the same Montessori classrooms. Each child with additional needs has an individual education plan, with shadow-teacher support in class where it helps.
Which children can join the Inclusive Program?
Children with ADHD, autism (ASD), Down syndrome, speech delay and other developmental or learning differences. Every child starts with an assessment so we understand their needs before agreeing a plan with you.
How does admission to the Inclusive Program work?
Register (Rs 1,000), then book an informal assessment (Rs 3,000, free for the first 20 children). A therapist observes your child in play and meets with you, and together we write an individual plan with clear goals.
Will my child have a shadow teacher?
Where it helps your child settle and take part in class. We decide this with you after the assessment and review it as your child grows more independent.
How will I know how my child is progressing?
Goals are reviewed every term. You get progress notes on the Parent Connect app, a sit-down meeting each term, and strategies from the therapist to use at home.
Therapies
Which therapies do you offer?
Speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and behavioural therapy, plus one-to-one remedial education in reading, writing and numbers. All of it happens on our campus, delivered by experienced therapists under the supervision of our special educators.
Can children from other schools come for therapy?
Yes. The Therapy Hub is open to children enrolled elsewhere, after an assessment.
How long is a session, and what does it cost?
Each session is 30 minutes. A single session is Rs 3,500. Package 1 is 12 sessions a month for Rs 30,000, and Package 2 is 24 sessions a month for Rs 48,000.
Which package is right for my child?
Package 1 works out to about three sessions a week and Package 2 about six, spread across speech, behavioural and occupational therapy. The therapist recommends one after the assessment.
Do therapists work with my child's class teacher?
Yes, every week. Skills practised in a therapy session are carried into the classroom, so your child keeps using them through the school day.
Can my child stay for DayCare after therapy?
Yes. Children in the Inclusive Program can add half-day DayCare from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM for Rs 15,000 a month.
DayCare
What does my child do in DayCare?
Mornings follow the school day: circle time, the Montessori work cycle, outdoor play, lunch together and story time. Full-day children then rest, have a fruit snack, and spend the afternoon on art, music and movement, homework support and Quran teaching, then garden and free play until pickup. Experienced caregivers and nannies look after them all day.
Who looks after the children in DayCare?
Experienced caregivers and nannies, alongside our teachers. They handle meals, naps and play, and support your child's homework and Quran teaching in the afternoon.
Do children nap?
Yes. Full-day children rest after lunch, from 1:00 PM, with dimmed lights, their own bedding and soft music.
How will I know how my child's day went?
The Parent Connect app shares photos, meals, naps and notes from the classroom through the day, with a note about the day at pickup.
Can I use DayCare for a few hours or a single day?
Yes. Hourly DayCare is Rs 1,000 an hour and a single day is Rs 2,000.
Can you take infants in DayCare?
Yes, from 3 months. Infants aged 3–12 months have an extra Rs 2,000 a month for nappy changing and feeding support. We also potty train children above 2.5 years.
